It was a pleasant morning when Delhi woke up on Tuesday with light showers. However, the pleasantness soon turned into chaos as the rains were followed by water logging and traffic jams. People were stuck in long traffic jams especially in Gurugram. Schools were shut in several parts of the capital. Even in such a scenario, people found ways to laugh at present situation.
